Every effort is made to ensure accurate colour representation. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.

Print sizes listed are approximate and may include minimal cropping depending on aspect ratio.

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Orders will be processed once full payment has been received.

Delivery times may vary depending on product type, production schedules, and shipping carrier timelines. Colleen Pollack Photography is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Due to the custom nature of fine art prints and digital products, all sales are final.

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photographs of the damage so a replacement can be arranged.

Session fees are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with reasonable notice due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

Final image selection and artistic editing style remain at the discretion of the photographer.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may damage or impair the website or its content.
